In these times of higher gas prices and tight credit with mortgage companies, it has become difficult if not impossible for some people who are full-time in the Mobile Notary business and Signing Agent business to remain in business. Because of all the foreclosures of homes recently, banks have been very reluctant to make home loans to most people, and, consequently, there aren't a lot of loan signings out there (which is how I made most of my money last year).
