Tell us the name and location of the company, and the corporation or LLC number, if you have it. The California Secretary of State's office in Sacramento is the only place in California that can provide this Certificate of Status, for all California corporations or limited liability companies. The do not allow you to order this Certificate over the phone- only by placing the order in person or by writing to them can you get this Certificate. If you choose to write and send payment, you still will not receive it as fast as you would have by using our service!
We will place an order at the counter of the California Secretary of State in Sacramento within 24 hours of your email or phone call, and your payment to our website. When the document is ready for pickup (which is normally the next business day), we will promptly pick it up and immediately ship it to you via Fed Ex Express. You may also pay with the PayPal button found on this blog.
We charge $175 for the first Certificate of Status in your order, and $75 for each additional Certificate of Status in the same order. We will email you the Fed Ex Tracking number upon shipment, and we will ship the Certificate to any address that you specify within the U.S.
For international orders, we also offer Apostilles and Consulate/Embassy Legalization of the Certificate of Status, for an additional fee. These fees will vary, depending on the country of destination. Worldwide shipping using Fed Ex International Priority is available.
Certificates of Status are now needed for all corporations and LLC's which are renewing their Fictitious Business Name Statements, along with a notarized Certificate of Identity. This requirement took effect in 2015.
We can also order Certificates of Status for Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP's). Such Certificates for these entities may take a few days longer than for corporations or LLC's, however, we will still provide the fastest service available.
