Apostille Services - $85 each document- Drop it off with us in Los Angeles!

Hollywood Notary Dot Net is offering a new Drop-Off Apostille Service, where you can bring your California documents to us and we will get the Apostille for you, same-day!  Your documents (with Apostilles) can be picked up at our office later on in the day- we will give you a pick up time when you come to our office.  Your documents are guaranteed to be ready for pick up no later than 6:30PM.

We also allow you to bring documents in by appointment from 7PM to 11PM- just call (323)393-5822 for an appointment.  Documents dropped off with us after 3PM will be available by 6:30 PM the next day, or earlier (we will tell you the exact time they will be ready).

To use this service, all documents must be dropped off to us in person (not by mail), and all documents must either be picked up in person or shipped by Fed Ex, as explained below. 

All clients using this service have the option of having their documents shipped by Fed Ex Express for an extra $40 or by Fed Ex Ground for $25 (these rates are for shipping to Southern California only).   

We accept cash, business checks and credit cards.  

We get Apostilles for Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates that are issued and bear the signature of the County Recorder of California counties.  We also get Apostilles for all properly-notarized documents (with California Jurat or Acknowledgment) by California Notaries Public.  

We are experts at helping clients get Apostilles for all different kinds of documents: Power of Attorney, School Transcripts, Deeds, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Free Sale, Automobile Titles, copies of Passports and Driver Licenses, and many other types of documents. 

People who choose to go to the California Secretary of State's office in Downtown Los Angeles to get their own Apostilles will find a lot of inconveniences when they go - traffic,  parking ($6 to $10), risk of traffic ticket, metal detector screening, long lines, many people in line (some sick with colds and flu), risk of having documents rejected because they weren't notarized properly, documents not signed by County Recorder, etc.  

When you visit our office, you can get your documents notarized properly, and included in the $75  price.  You can pick up your documents at your convenience- we will either call you or text you exactly when they are ready!  

You can bring your original Diploma and Transcripts- we have a copier to make a copy of anything that needs to receive Apostille.

Saturday Mobile Notary Service in Los Angeles

If you need Mobile Notary Service on a Saturday, Hollywood Notary Dot Net offers expert Mobile Notary Services to Los Angeles and surrounding cities, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Montebello, Inglewood, Redondo Beach and Culver City.   We charge a $40 travel fee plus $10 per notarized signature during most of the day; evenings are slightly higher. Hospitals are also $10 more, due to the risk of becoming sick.

New Same Day Apostille Service in Los Angeles- only $85 - Hollywood Notary Dot Net

If you need to get a California Apostille on your Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Death Certificate, or legal document that has been notarized by a California Notary Public, Hollywood Notary Dot Net is now offering a time-saving, fast and convenient service.  If you are willing to bring your documents directly to our office and pick them up when they are ready, we have a service that you will love!

We will notarize any personal documents that need Apostille and we will process your documents with the California Secretary of State on the same day of your drop off for only $85 per document.  If you have Diplomas or School transcripts, we will notarize them for you- just bring the documents and your ID so that we can notarize your signature.   To only pay $85 per document, you must be willing to pick up your document from us.  If you do not wish to pick up your document or if you wish to have the documents shipped to you, we can ship them directly to you (or to anywhere you want) for $20 using Fed Ex Ground, or $50 using Fed Ex Express to anywhere in the United States.  We can also ship with Fed Ex internationally- just get a quote from us. 

This service is available only to people who visit our office in person- not available with Mail Order (please use our Order Form found our our website at www.hollywoodnotary.net for Mail Orders) .This price only available for personal documents (not business)- see business pricing below.  

Documents may be dropped off at our office at 4025 W. Our $85 fee includes the payment of the $26 authentication fee charged by the California Secretary of State (our fee is actually $49).  We guarantee that all documents dropped off by 3PM to us will be submitted in-person to the California Secretary of State's office for Apostille/Authentication, and that we will do our best to ensure that the documents are ready for you on the same day. You can always call us at (323)393-5822 to verify that your order is ready (after 6:30PM).  Documents dropped off to us from 7PM to 11PM will be processed and ready on the next business day.

Business documents are $130 each when dropped off at our location.  Shipping is extra.
