Our travel fee to the hospitals and medical offices is $50.  Notary fees are $15 per notarized signature.  Waiting fees apply, as described on our website, for waiting beyond 15 minutes.  Pricing does not include parking,  which must be paid by our clients at locations that charge for parking.

Get an Invitation Letter Typed and Notarized with Us- Hollywood Notary Dot Net

If you are inviting a friend or relative from a foreign country to come and visit you in the United States, and you are required to send an invitation letter to the American Embassy or American Consulate in the foreign country, Hollywood Notary Dot Net in Los Angeles can prepare the letter for you, and notarize it!

Invitation letters are an important part of obtaining a Visa for visitors from foreign countries.

Simply make an appointment to visit our office.  Please provide your name, the name and complete address of the person or persons, and a few other details, and we will prepare the document.  You can look over the document to ensure its accuracy, and then we will notarize your signature on the letter.

We charge $20 to prepare the letter, and $15 for notarizing the signature on the letter. Preparing and notarizing the letter should only take 30 minutes at most. We prepare the letter while you wait, and you will approve the final letter.
