You may also drop off documents with us at night at our office, during the hours of 7pm to 11pm, by appointment.  We will only charge $170 (for first document)  if you drop off your documents with us, and $150 (first document) if you drop them off to us and pick them up from us during our pickup hours (7pm to 11pm by appointment).   For documents dropped off with us, you can expect to pick them up the following business night or have them delivered via Fed Ex on the second day after you drop them off.  For example, if you drop off your documents with us on Tuesday night, you can choose to either pick them up on Wednesday night or have them delivered via Fed Ex to you on Thursday morning. Fast Legalization of California Documents for Brazil - Use Our Expert Services to the Los Angeles Brazilian Consulate

We charge $225 for our Authentication Service with the Brazilian Consulate for the first document in your order, plus $100 for each additional document in that order.   This charge includes the fees charged by the Consulate and Fed Ex return shipping of your documents (to within the continental U.S.)   Generally, it takes 1 or 2 days to authenticate the documents at the Consulate.

We request that you email us a photo of your documents, prior to sending them to us, so that we can advise you of whether the documents will be acceptable for authentication (or not), and advise of any further requirements that may be needed.

California Certificate of Status Service - Fastest Service Guaranteed!

If you need to get a Certificate of Status (AKA Certificate of Good Standing) from the California Secretary of State for your State of California corporation  or limited liability company (LLC),  we offer the fastest way of getting it!

Tell us the name and location of the company, and the corporation or LLC number, if you have it.  The California Secretary of State's office in Sacramento is the only place in California that can provide this Certificate of Status, for all California corporations or limited liability companies.  The do not allow you to order this Certificate over the phone- only by placing the order in person or by writing to them can you get this Certificate.  If you choose to write and send payment, you still will not receive it as fast as you would have by using our service!

We will place an order at the counter of the California Secretary of State in Sacramento within 24 hours of your email or phone call, and your payment to our website.  When the document is ready for pickup (which is normally the next business day), we will promptly pick it up and immediately ship it to you via Fed Ex Express.   You may also pay with the PayPal button found on this blog.

We charge $175 for the first Certificate of Status in your order, and $75 for each additional Certificate of Status in the same order.   We will email you the Fed Ex Tracking number upon shipment, and we will ship the Certificate to any address that you specify within the U.S.
