We obtain the California Apostille from the California Secretary of State's office located in Los Angeles, which is one of the only two offices in California where Apostilles can be obtained. We are regular customers in that office, visiting that office several times each week. Because we visit that office so often, we are familiar with the common errors that clients make when submitting documents for Apostilles. We can help you avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order, by auditing and ensuring that your documents are correctly notarized and in good order before submitting them to the office.
Our professional Notary Public will travel to your home or office in Vernon, Montebello, Commerce or Monterey Park, and notarize your documents, if needed. Other documents that we may pick up from you are Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, Divorce Decrees or other Certified Copies of Judgments from the Superior Court of California. We can accept original notarized documents signed and sealed by any current Notary Public of California. We can get Apostilles for any Certified Copies of documents signed and sealed by any County Clerk, County Recorder or Superior Court of California.
We charge $135 for the first Apostille plus $50 for each additional Apostille in your order. We charge a flat $50 for traveling to your documents to notarize your documents or to simply pick them up for obtaining the Apostilles. We charge $25 for USPS Priority Mail for the return of your documents. Same day return of your documents may be available- ask about availability and pricing at the time of your order (availability and pricing depends on our schedule and workload).
Fed Ex and DHL shipments are also available. We can process a Fed Ex shipment and drop it off at Fed Ex for you. We can also drop off your documents for shipment using DHL using a shipping label that you provide.
