If you have an original document from the State of California that has been signed by certian public officials of the State of California, including a Notary Public, a County Clerk,  Superior Court Clerk, a Judge or the Governor, HollywoodNotary.Net offers expert, affordable Apostille and Authentication services!

We can get a California Apostille from the Secretary of State's office in Los Angeles for any of the following documents:

- documents properly notarized by any current Notary Public in the State of California;

- Marriage Certificates signed by any County Clerk/Recorder in California;

-Death Certificates signed by any County Clerk/Recorder in California;

- Birth Certificates signed by any County Clerk/Recorder in California,  and any Birth Certificate
from the California Department of Public Health in Sacramento, California (signed by the State Registrar)



For this service, we charge $75 total for the first document, and $40 for each additional document.   It takes 1 business day to fulfill your order.  Orders include shipping by USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation.  You also have the option of picking up your order from our office by appointment.

For any documents that need to be notarized, including photocopies of transcripts and diplomas, Power of Attorney and other documents, our fee includes notarization for each document that will receive an Apostille or Authentication.


Our most recent documents that we have processed for Apostille were bound for the following countries:  Venezuela, Mexico, Ukraine and South Korea.  Of course, we get Apostilles and Authentications for documents which are bound for all countries.
