Fast Legalization of California Documents for Brazil - Use Our Expert Services to the Los Angeles Brazilian Consulate

If you need fast, reliable and professional legalization of your legal documents to be used in Brazil, we are the experts!  We have been legalizing documents with the Consulate General of Brazil in Los Angeles (which is actually in Beverly Hills, CA)  for over 7 years!

Legalizing your executed legal documents for Brazil  begins with getting your documents notarized professionally, and we are the Notary experts in Los Angeles.  We also handle legalizing vital records documents (Birth, Marriage and Death certificates) and School Transcripts.

We legalize documents with the Consulate General of Brazil in Los Angeles for the following California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Imperial, Kern, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Diego Counties.

We also legalize documents with the Consulate General of Brazil from the following states:

Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.

Documents from these states may already have authentication from the respective offices of the Secretary of State for each state, before being submitted to us.  However,  we are able to obtain authentication from each respective Secretary of State if the documents are sent to us without such authentication.  Our Authentication Service fees for each state will apply, in addition to our Consulate Service fees. We charge $195 to get Apostilles/Authentication of notarized and vital records documents of Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming for the first document in such an order, and $100 for each additional document in that order.   We charge $225 for such documents for Hawaii, and $100 for each additional document in the order.

We also handle legalization of documents from the following American islands in the Pacific;  Johnston, Midway,  Wake, Howland, Jarvis and Baker, Palmira and Kingman.

We charge $225 for our Authentication Service with the Brazilian Consulate for the first document in your order, plus $100 for each additional document in that order.   This charge includes the fees charged by the Consulate and Fed Ex return shipping of your documents (to within the continental U.S.)   Generally, it takes 1 or 2 days to authenticate the documents at the Consulate.

We request that you email us a photo of your documents, prior to sending them to us, so that we can advise you of whether the documents will be acceptable for authentication (or not), and advise of any further requirements that may be needed.

Please email a photo of the documents to: hollywoodnotary@gmail.com,  along with any and all information and questions that you have regarding the process.

Thank you for choosing Hollywood Notary Dot Net!
