We charge only $95 for the first California Apostille in your order, and $75 for each additional California Apostille in your order. Documents can be dropped off with us in-person at our office, and they may be picked up from our office by appointment when they are ready (usually same-day if received before 3pm). Any documents that may need to be notarized by a California Notary Public can have that service done in our office for $10 per notarized signature. Processed documents are ready for pick up at our office from 9AM to 11PM by appointment (for clients who elect to pick up their documents instead of having them shipped). We can pick up documents from your home or office location for an additional $50.00- please call for an appointment. If you have any documents that need to be notarized at that time, we will notarize them when when pick up your document, at no additional charge. All documents that are ready (and already notarized if needed) by 3PM will be processed on the same day.
Documents may be shipped back to you locally via Fed Ex Ground (for $20) or via Fed Ex Express (for $30). We can also accept your pre-printed Fed Ex label for shipping back documents, at no additional charge. We can ship worldwide using Fed Ex or DHL.
