For transcripts or Diplomas, you must get them correctly notarized with a Notary Public in your area, or you can send them to us for an additional $15 per document and we can get them notarized for you.  If you choose to find a Notary in your area, we will send you an email that will include complete instructions on what you need, so that you can show the Notary!

If you are sending us a Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate or Death Certificate, please ensure that it contains the signature of the County Clerk/Recorder of San Diego (who is currently Ernest J.
